Hello and welcome!

My name is Meaghan Johnson and I am a registered psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness educator with a background in philosophy and the arts.

If you work with me, you'll find that I'm warm, receptive, and engaging. I will offer practical tools and new ways of thinking that you can use right away to cope with the present and make plans for the future. I'm regularly inspired by the ways that people I meet find agency in their lives and solve problems that at first felt insurmountable to them — I look forward to meeting you and finding out how I might support you in doing the same.
